Transmission-edit is a command-line utility to modify .torrent files’ announce URLs. That tool can be used to change an announce URL when the tracker moves or your passcode changes.

With transmission-edit you can add and edit an announce URL from the torrent’s announce-list or search-and-replace inside a torrent’s announce-list.
